What you are using

This is a quotation and referral service operated by Cairns Tree Removal. Its whole function is to get your job in front of a local tree contractor who can quote it.

The work is not ours. We arrange the introduction; a separate business does the job.

How it works

You send the form, the tree contractor for your area gets it, and they call you back to discuss the job and quote it if that is what you want.

Whatever they quote is their number, not ours. We neither set it nor stand behind it.

Nothing written on this site is a quote, and nothing on it is an offer to do work.

Who is responsible for the work

If you go ahead, your agreement is with the tree contractor, not with us. They are responsible for the work, for what they promise you, and for putting right anything that goes wrong with it.

Satisfy yourself about that business before you agree to anything. Ask what they are entitled to do, ask for their terms, and get the scope of the job in writing.

What we ask of you

Give details that are correct and that are yours to give. If you are enquiring for somebody else, make sure they know.

Do not use the form to send anything abusive, and do not use it to sell to us.

The site itself

We keep this site up as best we can, and there will be times it is not available.

What is written here is general. It describes the kind of work the tree contractor does. It is not advice about your particular job.

Read everything above subject to this: the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, and nothing on this page attempts to. Where it conflicts with them, they win.

Where this is settled

Queensland law applies to these terms and its courts are where anything about them is dealt with.
